Director of Operations

Irene provides the company with support in the area of Client Services and is often the first person you will speak with when calling our firm. She provides support for all client service related activities, including client correspondence, meeting scheduling and assisting clients with other administrative matters.

Irene’s responsibilities also include providing operations and administrative support for the firm. She assists clients with their account matters, including opening new accounts, cash management, insurance and annuity applications and other related support as needed.

Irene helps in gathering all relevant information from the portal to enable the team to prepare and analyze clients' financial statements, cash flows, and insurance needs.  She also is responsible for working with clients' tax documents and to coordinate client tax folders, projections and return documents.

Irene is a native of the United Kingdom. She was formerly an executive secretary to the chairman of Owen Owen and TJ Hughes stores in Liverpool. Later, she was recruited as an associate director of Style Magazine and Accolade Publications in London.

Irene came to the U.S. in 1980 and opened her own company, Pepping Cabinets, which serviced the Bay Area for about 30 years. She began to work at our office in 2010 and organizes and coordinates the office, appointments, client portal folders, and both physical and digital files. In 2014, Irene became a U.S. citizen. She was married in 2008 and loves spending time with her family and her pets.
